Just a note, the heat index is supposed to reach 100 degrees the next few days. I found myself the last few days working, feeling the effects even though I kept well hydrated. Please keep the little ones inside where it is safe or make sure you have plenty of bottled water on hand. If you have an upcoming session with me and the heat index is extremely high, I and/or we both can make a judgement call whether to call it inclement weather and postpone your session to a different time or day.
